Samsung Discloses Another Feature of Galaxy Note 3

Samsung unintentionally announced one of the possible feature of its heavily rumored Galaxy Note 3. Samsung claimed that they now starts mass production of 3GB of Ram for their future devices, now it’s for sure that they likely will include this feature in their upcoming flagship Note 3 device. 
Few days ago, Samsung publicized its new version of Exynos 5 processor i.e. Octa-core quad core CPU, now this version automatically will replace the current version that was used in Galaxy S4. Even though Samsung didn't mention in which devices they are gone a use it but they mention that they will start mass production in next month, now next month is a month before the launch of Samsung Galaxy Note 3, so we can expect this feature in Samsung Galaxy Note 3.  
Latest rumors are suggesting that Samsung will include its Exynos 5 Octa and snapdragon 800 in its upcoming Note device i.e. Note 3. Now after this announcement it seems that company revealed one of possible feature of Note 3 as company mentioned that they will power their upcoming devices with 3 GB of Ram, most likely this feature will be added to most high end devices including Samsung Galaxy NOTE 3.   

Although as I mention above that Samsung didn't mention that they will power Note 3 with 3 GB Ram but most likely Note 3 will be one of initial devices that will be power-driven by 3 GB Ram.

If Note 3 is driven by 3 GB Ram then it will enhance performance of device during multitasking. This will be key point for attracting customers of Note 3.Now come to release date, rumors and certain reports are suggesting that device will be launched in advance of IFA event 2013 in Berlin Germany, Possible launch date of this device is 4th and 6th September.  

As far as its specs are concerned, possible features of Note 3 are a quad core processor, 13 Mega Pixel rear camera, 5.7 inch display with 1080 Pixels true HD display. Now so far rumored carriers of this Note are T-Mobile, Sprint, Verizon and AT&T.
