Samsung ATIV Q Might Be Cancelled due to license issues?

Few days ago I wrote about the Samsung ATIV Q, a device which has capability of running Android OS and windows 8 simultaneously. Now news are swirling that this device might be cancelled due to license issues. For those readers and gadget enthusiast who missed my recent article about ATIV Q, just a reminder Samsung introduced an amazing piece of hardware device on June 20th in the event that took place in London for ATIV and Galaxy.  This device can be turned into android device and windows within seconds and customers can use change environment of device with in seconds.

Samsung ATIV Q was actually tablet based device having an attached QWERTY keyboard, Samsung announced that their hardware can run both windows 8 and Android 4.2 at same time, without rebooting device one can change its environment according to need. No doubt, Samsung ATIV Q was a unique device in itself.
Samsung announced specs of ATIV Q are a 13.3 inch display that will be powered by latest generation of Intel CPUs Haswell with 4 GB of DDR3 RAM.  As far as screen resolution is concerned device will have a 3200 x 1800 pixels display. 256 GB was available for storage purpose. Unluckily, all of us are waiting for this device, but now it seems like Samsung has run into some serious disputes, that will not allow device to ever see the bright of day. Details given below.
According to statement from Korean press, so far reason of cancellation of this device is that company has run into some serious problem due to license related to dual OS i.e.  Android 4.2 and Windows 8. Although Samsung is trying its best to deal with this situation but so far news are not good right now. Certain reports are suggesting that Samsung has cancelled all the pre orders that were made by venders and advertisement regarding the device also cancelled.
Let me know in comments section what in you opinion Samsung should do in order to release device, Moreover they should sacrifice dual OS or not?  and if Samsung remove dual OS feature will you be interested in buying the ATIV Q with single OS?
