Samsung Galaxy Note 4 VS LG G3: What Buyers Need to Know

LG G3 no doubt was one of the most awaited Smartphone of the year, reason behind its wait was LG G3 was expected as first Quad Display device in market other than china. LG released its flagship G3 on May 27th 2014. Device was packed with killer features, high end processor and a stunning camera for taking snaps.
 
Second flagship device from Samsung for this year will be Galaxy Note 4, a device which release is expected in September and no doubt on release device will be giving tough time to its rival devices especially LG G3. In case if you wanted to LG G3 or waiting for Samsung's Galaxy Note 4, Today we will take a look on both devices Specs and other details which eventually will help buyers to make a choice among these devices.

Display:
LG G3 is featuring a 5.5 inch quad HD IPS LCD display, with a screen resolution of 1,440 x 2,560  pixels. On the other hand Galaxy Note 4 is expected will be having a slightly larger display of 5.7 inch with a screen resolution of 2K. But it's worth noting that last year Galaxy Note  3 was featuring display of only 1,920 x 1,080 pixels, In case if 2K display rumour is accurate, then we can say this is huge bump up from predecessor model.

Hardware and Internal Storage :
 LG G3 is powered by a quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor with clocking speed of 2.5 GHz. If Device internal storage is 16GB then device will be having 2GB of RAM, In case of 32 GB storage device will be having 3 GB of RAM. Device also allowing Micro-SD card slot for expansion of memory storage up to 128GB.

As far as Samsung Galaxy Note 4 processor is concern, we have two kind of rumours regarding processor of device, one suggests Note 4 will be having Octa core Exynos 64 bit processor, while second kind of rumours suggests Note 4 with Hexa core Exynos 64 bit processor. Both processors are expected with 4GB of RAM and memory storage up to 128GB.  LG G3 is having Android 4.4.2 as OS, while Galaxy Note 4 is expected with Android 4.5 Lollipop on board.

Camera:
LG G3 is packed with 13 MP rear camera with dual flash light, while front facing camera is 2.1 MP.  Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is expected with rear camera of 16MP while front facing camera of 2.1 MP. LG G3 can record video of 4K (3,840 x 2,160), while most interesting feature of LG G3 is its "Selfie Mode"  and "AutoFocus Laser Sensor". LG claimed their flagship device camera focus sensor is appealing fast, device takes only 0.276 seconds to focus.  LG also mentioned that G3 camera can record video and images simultaneously.

Other Features:
1: LG G3 is having 3000 mAh battery out of box, while Galaxy Note 4 is expected with a gigantic battery of 3600 mAh.. 
2: LG G3 is launched in five colours including White, Black, Gold, Red and Blue. Red and Blue are not widely available because released only in few numbers. Galaxy Note 4 colours are final as device yet to be official but according to latest leaks and rumours device is expected in four colours including Black, White , Green and Red.

3: Galaxy Note 4 is expected will be water and dust resistant, so we can expect Aqua Capture feature which allows users to capture photos even in water.

  1. The Galaxy Note 4 will have a 5.0 front facing camera and 20.7 front facing camera blowing out the Lg G3 so easily it's comical.

  4. We can only hope and pray the Note 4 camera is light years better than the Note 3 camera, a camera that has only 1 point of focus, and has shutter lag so bad it is almost not worth taking pictures with it.
