Of course these price tags are without any contract.
On the other hand Samsung’s Galaxy Note 4 is also featuring AMOLED display but Samsung used a new term Super AMOLED for its display and this display is rated as best display available in the market. Galaxy Note 4 64GB variant is not available but still users can expand Note 4 memory up to 128GB by using external Micro-SD card.  Camera in Galaxy Note 4 is of 16MP as compared to Nexus 6 13MP. No doubt both devices are pretty attractive because of their high end Specs and glorious design but the fact is Galaxy Note 4 nailed down the phablet niche because of its S pen and also couple of special Note applications.
Galaxy Note 4 gives more premium look than Nexus 6 and also takes lead in this tight competition because of couple of features includes Finger print and heart rate scanner, Multi-tasking feature and also better WI-FI and camera feature. Stock Android L surely attracts many customers but it’s not enough for Nexus 6 to be winner here.
