Google Nexus 9 Hands On Review : All You Need To Know

Finally Google Nexus 9 rumors will came to an end because recently Google officially wraps off the shade from its much awaited Nexus 9.  This year tablet is manufactured by HTC and build quality is so fantastic that buyers can compare it with recently launched iPad Air 2.
Google replaced last year Nexus 7 with more premium Nexus 9 with 8.9 inches display. Today we will doing a hands on review of HTC Nexus 9.  Let’s start with the Specs sheet of the device. Nexus 9 is featuring an 8.9 inches IPS display with a screen resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels. Display of device is protected with Gorilla Glass 3.
HTC Powered Nexus 9 with NVIDIA’s latest Tegra K1 processor with 2 GB of RAM. Nexus 9 is gaming centric tab. HTC also introduced its typical dual front facing speakers based on BoomSound speakers of its flagship Smartphones.
Widescreen aspect of Nexus 9 is 4:3 which gives device an iPad like feel. If you hold device in portrait direction, it won’t be giving feeling of unnecessarily long. Rear camera of device is 8MP which can record full HD video of 1080 pixels. Front facing camera of Nexus 9 is of 1.6 MP which can record of 720 pixels.
Although HTC is known for metal design but for Nexus 9 HTC used a plastic material for its design but the rear side of device gives a soft feel. HTC used fluffy metal sleek which gives Nexus 9 a premium look.  
As operating system device comes with Android 5.0 Lollipop. This version of Android is initially introduced as developer preview but now full version is launched with Nexus 6 and Nexus 9. This update is one of major update to current Android OS because latest Android version is now supporting 64 bit devices and also Google added couple of new features.  
Android 5 Lollipop is featuring a new fresh interface with material design.  New material design is offering few animations which makes Android more alive than ever. Before this year devices Google Nexus series devices were known for low price tag with high end Specs but for this year Google geared up their game by launching a truly high end tab which can compete with Apple flagship iPad Air 2. Price tag of new Nexus 9 is also a bit high as compared to last year Nexus 7 device.
The Nexus 9 16GB variant will be available for $399 while 32GB variant will be available for $479. LTE variant will be coming in 32GB native storage with a price tag of $599. If you wanted more native storage then you should opt for 32GB variant because it device won’t be allowing external SD card for expansion of memory. If 32GB is still not enough then Google is providing services of its Google Drive.
At the end I must say HTC Nexus 9 is packed with pretty nice hardware as well as design of device is quite attractive. In terms of Software pure Android gives true pleasure of Android. I am sure many of HTC and Nexus fans are already planning to buy this device.
