Google start Rolling out Android 5.1, Starting with Nexus 5

Earlier in this week, Google officially disclosed Android 5.1 and factory images of Android 5.1 is also available. As we mentioned in earlier reports, Google will start rolling out Android 5.1 very soon and today OTA update begins.
Well, if you didn’t receive update yet and don’t wanted to embed factory image, you don’t have to worry because in couple of days you will be receiving Android 5.1 update on your device. If you don’t want to embed factory image and also not wanted to wait for OTA then there is only one option left and that is of online link of OTA update from Google.
At the moment OTA links for the 2013 flagship Nexus 5 are available, you can use them to update your Nexus 5 with latest version of Android Lollipop 5.1.

If you don’t have experience of flashing update manually, we will recommend you to wait for OTA because things can go wrong while flagship update manually. On the other hand if you already received update, do share your thoughts below with our Nexus users.
