The reason behind the high demand of this update is not the up gradation in terms of high performance but the bug fix of memory leak that many Android users are troubled since the release of latest Android 5.0.1 update.
Good thing is Google has acknowledged this problem that’s why we can expect fixation of this problem in next update. Google not only acknowledged problem but also posted about the upkeeps had been made.
Since release of Android 5.1, Many Android users complain about sharp drop of available RAM without any outward reason. Android 5.1.1 is also expected will feature a new Virtual private network which will allow Android user to hit into a WI-FI network to communicate using Google VPN.
Recently we have seen Google releases Android 5.1 factory image 3rd Version for nexus 5 & nexus6. At the end we could expect Google will soon release the Android 5.1.1 factory images for its Nexus Smartphones as the factory image sequence repeats itself.
