As launch of LG G4 is coming closer, Korean giant LG started its media campaign according to their textbook plan. LG is actually highlighting its G4 specs one by one, initially it was 5.5 inches Quad HD display and today about LG G4 UI. LG’s new display UX 4.0 is continuing G3 UI legacy with intelligent colour changes and couple of new features.
Speaking of new features, First prominent change is LG’s new UI included a new Quick shot mode which allows user to take photos by simply double clicking the down volume button. With new UI, now users can sort their photos by using device geo-location tagging feature.
LG also embedded the smart notice feature into Smart board which now displays information to user from their schedule. This feature also display info from user health apps, music playlist and also provides weather alerts on the go.
Otherwise new UI looks pretty much similar to G3 UI in terms of visuals. LG not only introduced new colours but also replaced the navigation buttons of Android Kitkat with new Lollipop style buttons. We can expect LG G4 will not be pushing capacitive keys like its predecessor G2 and G3.
Interestingly alleged back panel of G4 is also outlined in this video but it looks much similar like G3 that’s why we are not sure. We don’t have to wait much because LG will be unveiling its G4 in couple of weeks on April 28th. Stay connected for more updates.
