Apple iPhone 6 is featuring a 64bit A8 chip set with 1GB of LPDDR3 RAM. Samsung also followed Apple footstep and packed Galaxy S6 with its latest Exynos 7420 chip set and 3GB of RAM.

As per latest benchmark from Geek-benchmark Apple A8 chip set is leading on single core test whereas Samsung Exynos 7420 is leading with a huge margin on dual core test.

Fingerprint Sensor:

Samsung Galaxy S5 was the first Smartphone from Korean giant with finger print scanner, Samsung used same scanner for Galaxy Note 4 and Galaxy Note Edge. Major issue of this scanner was it was slow and unreliable.

On the other hand Apple introduced finger print scanner with iPhone 5S and it was more successful and reliable. To confirm owner print, user just have to press their finger on home button scanner one time which is quite easy.

This year Samsung also used same touch type mechanic which works same like Apple’s iPhone 6. Now it’s much user friendly and improved.

Colours:

Samsung released Galaxy S6 in four different colours variants including Black, White Pearl, Gold and Blue Topaz.
Apple iPhone 6 is available in three colours variants comprising Silver, Gold and Space Gray.
