Samsung’s upcoming flagship Galaxy Note 5 launching month is not a mystery any more because Samsung executive VP Rhee In Jong accidently revealed that Samsung will be announcing Galaxy Note 5 in September.
Rhee told Samsung’s investors that they won’t be announcing new mobile payment system in July instead this system launch is delayed till September. He further said that Samsung will be employing this new pay feature in next high end smartphone which will Galaxy Note 5. So it’s confirm that Samsung Galaxy Note 5 will be unveiled during September most probably ahead of IFA 2015 event.
This year IFA event will start from September 4th, last year Galaxy Note 4 and Galaxy Note Edge was unveiled during IFA 2014.
Samsung is hoping that 15 to 20% of their smartphone owner will be using Samsung Pay feature. Korean giant purchase of Loop Pay will be of vast advantageous over Apple Pay and Google’s Android Pay. Both Apple and Google mobile payment system features NFC whereas Samsung Pay will be using magnetic stripe on the rear side of debit and credit cards.
Nearly 90% retailers have the devices which reads the swiping cards. There are nearly 10 million retailer stores where Samsung Pay can be used.
