The new flagship Galaxy Note 5 will be hitting the US markets in a couple of weeks but if you are living in Europe, you might have to wait a bit longer than the rest of the world. The reason behind this delay is Samsung wants to sell Galaxy S6 Edge+ in Europe regions.
From the look of things, it seems UK stores will also have S6 edge plus+ only. The customers in Europe will get GS6 Edge+ this year. In terms of specs both devices are nearly identical, the Main difference among both devices is edge display of GS6 edge+ and S pen of Galaxy Note 5.
For this year, European customers will get a larger and stronger version of GS6 Edge, but will miss the newly improved Galaxy Note 5 and its S pen. The decision of selling GS6 edge+ in European market especially outside of US market is a strategy from Samsung to counter the Apple’s upcoming flagship. So far it’s still unknown whether the device will be released in Europe this year or not.
