Huawei Mate 8 Antutu benchmark scores outperform Galaxy S6

The Huawei latest gigantic flagship Mate 8 was announced yesterday, and today we have the benchmark results of the latest device. The Mate 8 is powered by Huawei own build Kirin 950 chipset. Before the device was announced the Mate 8 attained 79,131 points whereas the Samsung Galaxy S6 managed 67,520 points.

According to latest benchmark results, the Mate 8 scored an impressive 94,250 points. I am sure it’s pretty difficult to accept this result, that’s why we will recommend you to take it with a pinch of salt. Many Android lovers would love to grab this device, but they also want same high level of software optimization from Huawei.

The latest Huawei phablet flagship is powered by Kirin 950 chipset with 3 and 4GB of RAM variants. The device rear camera is of 16MP whereas front-facing selfie camera is of 8MP. As expected fingerprint scanner on mate 8 is on rear side alongside camera sensor. A gigantic 4000mAh battery is available to power up the device, so we can expect an impressive battery timing. The device comes with 32 / 64 / 128 GB of expandable storage. The Mate 8 initially will be available in Chinese market from Q1 2016 and alleged price tag of the basic variant is 470$.
