Samsung Android Marshmallow roll-out roadmap for Galaxy Smartphones leaked

The Korean tech giant Samsung is planning to move nearly 40% of its smartphone production to Vietnam in coming year. Until Galaxy S3 launch, Vietnamese tech blogs were known for their leaks regarding Samsung. Now once again Samsung is turning to Vietnam, so we can expect more leaks of Samsung from Vietnam and today we have the first one regarding Samsung plans of rolling out Android Marshmallow.

So far, only Galaxy Note 5 was the first Samsung device which was expected to receive the latest flavor of Android in December 2015 but now this update is pushed for the first quarter of 2016. Nearly all new Samsung flagships are expected to receive the Android 6.0 Marshmallow in Q1 2016 but a couple of old smartphones are scheduled to receive the update in Q2 2016.

It wasn’t surprising to see many Samsung flagships to receive the update in Q1 2016 because usually all manufacturers roll out an update to their flagships with-in 3 to 4 months after getting the full Source code from Google. This year Google released the source code in October, so it’s quite natural manufacturers to roll out the update in Q1 2016.
