From the look of things, it seems Samsung owners wait of Android 6.0 update is about to end because recently Samsung rolled out Android 6.0 update for the unlocked variants of Hungarian Galaxy Note 4 (SM-N910F).
The new update is bringing a lot of news features including contextual search provider which Google named as Google Now On Tap. One of the most prominent feature Android 6.0 brings is enhancement of the battery life. Galaxy Note 4 after updating with Android 6.0 brings a new Air Command menu.
The update also brings a new Note taking feature which allows users to scribble notes using S pen in white with a black background. LG’s latest flagship G4 is also running on Android 6.0 in Hungary.
As per latest Google distribution data, so far only .3% of Android devices are running on the latest Android 6.0 where as Android 2.2 Froyo is still being used on .2% of Android devices. Once Samsung and LG starts rolling out update for other regions we can expect Android Marshmallow share will be on rise. So far only Nexus smartphones are in majority running the latest Android Marshmallow.
