This year HTC’s flagship smartphone announcement is a little behind giant Samsung, Sony and LG. Recently company exec confirms that announcement of upcoming flagship will be sometime soon.
It is allegedly confirmed that upcoming flagship won’t be released as One M10 but instead will be named as HTC 10. The device is leaked in a couple of teasers but today we have detailed images of upcoming HTC’s flagship.
The M10 is completely redesigned and has no similarity with its predecessors One M9, One M8 or One M7. That is one the reason with new flagship HTC is ditching M name of its flagship lineup.
Other prominent changes are inclusion of a new home button which includes finger print scanner. The boom sound front facing speakers are no more part of the design. All in all, device is a luring flagship all metal smartphone. The front design of the device has resemblance with recently released One A9.
Like all recently released flagships Galaxy S7, Sony’s Xperia X and LG’s G5, the HTC 10 is also powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 820 Soc with 4GB of RAM. Other rumoured specs are a 5.2 inches quad HD display with a screen resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels. The rear camera is expected to be 12MP Ultra pixel.
