A couple of new details of HTC 10 are allegedly leaked by none other than one of most reliable HTC leaker Evan Blass. According to his tweet, the upcoming flagship display will be of LCD 5 Type as opposed to normal AMOLED display.
One of the obvious difference between LCD and Super LCD display is that there is no Air gap between the display components and the upper glass. Due to Zero gap, the glare of display is reduced which increases the visibility without using the extra power. In fact, it reduces the battery power usage.
He further suggests a 300mAh battery will be lighting up the device. On the other hand, HTC is very keen that the HTC 10’s camera will be “World first, world class” shooter. Though HTC has tried roars of camera tech in the past but it disappointed users.
Besides a much hyped super rear camera, the HTC 10 is expected to a Super LCD quad HD display with a screen resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels. The Qualcomm
Snapdragon 820 chipset will be powering the device with 4GB of RAM. A fingerprint scanner will also be embed into the home button of the device
If you are looking forward to grabbing this device, you have to wait a good month because the official launch will be on April 19th. It would be interesting to see how potential buyers will be waiting for the HTC 10 when Samsung’s Galaxy S7/S7 edge and LG’s G5 is available.
