What we know so far is one of the larger display flagships Apple iPhone 7 will be having 5.5 inches display and a dual rear camera setup like Huawei’s P9. The device launch is expected in fall of the year. Today we have design images of iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus from Japanese site Mac Otakara which allegedly confirms that overall design and dimensions of the upcoming model are quite similar to last year iPhone 6s and 6s Plus.
As per leaked dimension image, the 5.5 inches variant overall measurements are 158.22mm x 77.94mm x 7.3mm, quite similar to iPhone 6s Plus. The Mac Otakara couple of weeks ago already stated that upcoming iPhones won’t have to have much significant changed design. On the other hand, well known Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo stated that upcoming iPhones will be having thinner chasses as opposed to current models, so at the moment, it’s not easy to claim which design rumour is accurate.
The leaked schematic also confirms iPhone variant with 5.5 inches display, most probably the iPhone 7 plus will be having a smart connector, a dual rear camera setup and a headphone Jack.
Well, for quite some time we have been hearing rumours that 2016 iPhones models won’t be having a headphone jack but instead, the company is planning to introduce headphone connectivity through Bluetooth. The drawings didn’t confirm rumours of a stereo speakers on iPhone 7 but instead, the device is featuring only a single speaker.
