It’s confirmed now HTC will be announcing next gen of its flagship M-series, however, this year HTC flagship will be released as HTC 10 which means, the company is looking forward to dropping the M name from their flagship lineup.
Even though the device is been leaked a couple of times and today once again device is been leaked. Two Images of HTC 10 surfaced online from Dutch site GSM Helpdesk, which gives us the clearest look of the device so far.
The latest photos show the device in a black variant with the shots of the rear and front side. Right from the first photo, one thing is clear new flagship is coming with new cosmetic changes in design that HTC is using since the announcement of One M7. The one prominent change in the design is new large sloping edges.
The second prominent change in the design is the dual speaker grills that are traditionally placed on the top and bottom of the front side of the device. Instead, it seems HTC 10 took design queues from recently announced One A9 that’s why it has resemblance with the iPhone. The new design is also not featuring HTC logos on the front side but for the first time, HTC is going to introduce a physical home button with embedded fingerprint scanner.
However, the gone speakers don't mean the HTC 10 won’t be featuring Boom sound speakers, One of the company’s teaser indicates HI-FI version of Boom sound is coming with the latest flagship. For this year, HTC skipped the big media event for the flagship announcement, Instead company will be releasing the device on April 12th at 8:00 AM Eastern on Tuesday.
