Huawei second flagship of the year rumours starts popping up. Today we have an info regarding the Mate 9 from well-known Chinese analyst Pan Jiutang. According to him, Huawei Mate 9 announcement will be in the second half of the year. The device will be the first to have the Huawei’s upcoming top of the line Soc Kirin 960 on board.
The Huawei’s latest flagship P9 was announced with a dual rear camera which is no doubt very luring and its performance is well appreciated by gadget geeks. One of the two cameras takes color photos while other one snaps photos in monochrome. The second monochrome camera provides best shots even in low light conditions. Jiutang also confirms a dual rear camera setup for the Mate 9 but he mentions that Mate 9 will be packed with a 20MP camera sensor instead of 12MP Leica camera sensor of latest flagship p9.
Other details about specs sheet of Mate 9 are yet in a dark, but we can expect more details in coming days. Huawei already announced that they will be releasing a flagship for the US customers in second half of the year. Initially, Huawei P9 was expected to be the flagship device but now it seems Mate 9 will be heading to US customers as the second flagship of the year.
