Both the latest Samsung flagships Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge are on success track thanks to its high sales and well appreciated by experts. The reports coming out from South Korea suggests that Samsung sold out 9 million units of latest flagships in the first month after the announcement. The 9 million units sales is a significant jump for the company considering that last year Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge sales were 3 million in the first month after the announcement.
The high demand of both flagships is because of their high-end specs with a slightly lower price tag as compared to the predecessor. This year, Korean giant Samsung has done significant homework before the release of new flagships because last year Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge sales were much higher than Samsung expected.
Considering all these factors of Samsung being on top, Analysts are predicting that Galaxy Note 6 could be launched earlier to counter the Apple’s upcoming iPhone 7 . A recent report from Korean media also suggests Galaxy Note 6 launch pegged for July instead of August like last year. The Galaxy Note 5 was announced in August 2015 instead of September IFA event.
It’s important to mention that at the moment, all these reports are based on speculations by Analyst but not coming from the Samsung. The Korean media also suggests Samsung has yet to develop the firmware of its Galaxy Note 6 which means the launch of next phablet won’t be sooner than August 2016.
