The OnePlus 2016 flagship OnePlus 3 launching event is just around the corner but rumours mill is continuously producing rumours regarding the aforementioned device ahead of its VR event on June 14th.
It is the first time in history when customers can purchase OnePlus 3 smartphone over the VR. The event will kick off at 9:30 am Pacific Time (12.30PM Eastern time). The OnePlus Loop VR station will provide its viewers with a chance to purchase the new flagship killer of the company. The device will be exclusively available via VR mall until 3PM Eastern time. After the 3 PM, the device will be available through company’s official site.
The hardware specs of One plus 3 is already leaked ahead of its announcement but one thing which is on everyone’s mind is its retail price tag. Today thanks to Zauba listing, we have confirmation that 7200 units of OnePlus 3 are imported in the India from Hong King. These devices are packed with 4GB of RAM with 64GB internal storage.
The value of these imported 7200 devices is 164.6 million Indian rupees which are $2.46 million USD. Each individual device cost nearly $341. At this price device having 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage is quite affordable. A couple of days, we have rumours that OnePlus 3 base variant with 4GB RAM and 32GB internal storage will cost $305. Now it’s almost confirmed that OnePlus 3 base variant will cost around $300.
