From past few weeks, we have been hearing rumours continuously about the upcoming Huawei’s flagship Mate 9. The device is expected to be powered by Kirin 960 chipset. This Kirin Soc is not produced on company’s own foundry but instead Huawei designed the new chipset and third party manufacturer TSMC foundries are used to produce this chipset. The Mate 9 flagship will also have dual rear camera sensor like the first flagship of the year Huawei P9. The Mate 9 dual rear camera sensor will be manufactured by Leica. One of the cameras will be 20MP whereas the second sensor will be 12MP. On the front side, there will be an 8MP sensor for handling perfect selfies and video chats.

The standard variant will be up for sale in three color variants for $480 USD. The second variant will be having 4GB of RAM with 128GB internal storage. This flagship will be released in five colors for $585 USD. Last but not the least top of the line premium flagship variant will have 6GB of RAM with 256GB of internal storage. If you want to purchase this handset, you will have to pay $705 USD. The new flagship from Huawei announcement will be in mid-November and will be available for purchase in vacation season.
