Samsung allegedly starts developing Galaxy S8 firmware

From the look of things, it seems like the South Korean giant Samsung is now turning their attention towards the upcoming Galaxy S flagship smartphone instead of Galaxy Note 7 disaster.
As per latest info, Samsung starts working on the firmware of upcoming flagship, the firmware which Samsung is developing is for few regions including US, UK, Korea, Italy, Poland, Germany, France and China. We can expect the company will enhance this version for other regions as well once they have a stable version of firmware for these regions.

The Galaxy S8 need to be outstanding so that Korean giant overcome the pressure of Galaxy Note 7 fiasco. The Galaxy S8 is expected in two variants, the base variant will have 5.1 inches display with Quad HD Super AMOLED curved display whereas the other variant will have 5.5 inches UHD display of 4K screen resolution. Not just that, the larger variant will also be the first one to have dual rear camera setup.

The upcoming flagship will be powered by Samsung’s Exynos 8895 Soc and Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 830 Soc. Like always, the Qualcomm variant will be for the US and Chinese customers whereas the rest of the world will get Exynos powered Galaxy S8. The upcoming Galaxy S flagship is expected to be the first Samsung smartphone to have the Viv AI assistant which will replace the older S Voice assistant. In a recent teaser, Samsung confirmed announcement of new Galaxy S8 will be on Feb 28th, we can expect more details in coming days, Stay tuned.
