HTC 2017 flagship will feature 5.5-inch quad HD display and 12MP rear camera

HTC flagship of this year is though not well appreciated but still company survived another blow because of manufacturing new Pixel lineup devices for Google. The Google marketed product is selling like hot cakes and indirectly helping the Taiwanese giant to recover their losses. As per latest info, the company is getting ready for their next flagship of 2017. Let’s have a look at what HTC is planning to bring for customers.

The HTC next flagship is rumored to be announced as HTC 11. The device display will be of 5.5-inches with quad HD display screen resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels. The device will be the first device from HTC packed with the dual curved display. Like most of the flagships available in the market, the company is planning to include camera sensor of 12MP on rear side whereas the selfie-centric camera will be of 8 MP for perfect video chats and selfies.

Both the camera sensors on the rear and front side will be packed with OIS. A relatively larger battery cell of 4,000mAh will keep the device machinery running. Nearly all flagships available in the market are packed with IP67 certification, HTC will also follow the trend. The device being IP67 certified is completely dust resistant and can survive water up to 1 meter deep for 30 minutes.

If these rumors are accurate, we can expect company might be able to revive their position in the smartphone market.
